| 摘 要： | 分析６３例闭合性肾损伤，并将ＩＶＵ、Ｂ超及ＣＴ三者进行比较。结果表明，ＣＴ的诊断价值优于Ｂ超，ＩＶＵ最差。认为选择性肾动脉栓塞术对治疗肾损伤性出血是一种新的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | In 63 patients admitted to our hospital from Jan,1985 to Jan. 1993,the blunt renal injury was evaluated.A comparative study on IVU,ultrasonography and CT was made in 63 cases of blunt renal injury.In diagnostic value,CT is superior to ultrasonography.IVU is most deficient.Selective renal arterial embolization is thought to be a new method which is effective for traumatic hemorrhage of kidney. |
