| 摘 要： | 目的了解结直肠癌患者的心理状况及进行心理干预的效果,为结直肠癌患者及时有效地进行心理干预提供科学依据。方法将352名结直肠癌患者随机分成2组,干预组接受生物学治疗以及心理干预,对照组仅接受生物学治疗,试验前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评定。结果心理干预前,2组癌症患者各量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);试验结束以后,在干预组发现各量表评分均低于对照组(P0.05或0.01)。结论结直肠癌患者有明显的焦虑以及抑郁症状,心身状况较差;心理干预能够有效地改善癌症患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高结直肠癌病人的生存质量。 |
