摘    要:目的探讨尿液分析仪与尿沉渣仪及显微镜镜检结果比较。方法取新鲜混匀尿液10mL进行尿液分析仪和尿沉渣分析仪检测,检测完后将同样的另一标本进行2500r/min离心5min,去上清,混匀沉渣,涂片镜检。管型以10个低倍视野平均值作为正常标准(0~1/LH),细胞取10个高倍视野均值3作为正常标准(0~3/HP)。结果180例标本中隐血阳性63例,白细胞阳性49例,尿液沉渣镜检红细胞大于40/μL 57例、白细胞大于40/μL 68例、管型大于2/μL 11例;显微镜检查红细胞大于3/HP 55例、白细胞大于3/HP 62例、管型大于1/LP 6例。结论电脑尿液分析仪测定与沉渣分析及显微镜镜检必须相结合,只有联合应用才能使检验结果更加可靠。

Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze the examination results of urinalysis instrument, urinary sediment analyzer and microscopy examination. Methods Fresh urine 20 mL from each subject was collected, 10 mL for examination with urinalysis instrument and urinary sediment analyzer, and then the other 10 mL was centrifuged (2 500 r/min×5 min), the supernatant was removed, and the sediment was mixed thoroughly, smeared and examined under microscopy. Normal standard range was as follows: cast 0-1/LH; blood cells 0-3/HP). Results In 180 cases of urine samples, 63 cases were detected occult blood test positive, 49 cases were leukocyte positive. Urinary sediment analysis showed 57 cases were with elevated RBC count (〉40/μL); 68 cases were with elevated WBC count (〉40/μL) ; and 11 cases with elevated cast (〉2/μL). Examination under microscope: 55 cases were RBC abnormal (〉3/HP) ; 62 cases were WBC abnormal (〉3/HP) ; and 6 cases were cast abnormal (〉1/HP). Conclusion The examination of urinalysis instrument must be combined with the urine sedimentary analysis and microscopic c.xamination. The combined detection of the three methods may make the results of the urine examination more reliable.
