糖化血清蛋白测定对急性脑血管病高血糖状态的诊断价值

目的:探讨急性脑血管病患者糖化血清蛋白(GSP)和血糖之间的相关性。方法:对48例急性脑血管病患者及50例正常对照组分别进行血糖和血清GSP检测。结果:糖尿病继发脑血管病组GSP((4.21±1.35)mmol/L)显著高于正常对照组GSP((1.65±0.27)mmol/L,P<0.01)。无糖尿病的脑血管病组GSP水平((1.96±0.25)mmol/L)与正常对照组比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);糖尿病患者组与无糖尿病患者组的GSP水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖尿病组空腹血糖水平与GSP水平呈显著正相关(r=0.603,P<0.01);而无糖尿病组空腹血糖水平与GSP水平差异无统计学意义(r=0.357,P>0.05)。结论:GSP与血糖关系密切,联合检测对急性脑血管病患者血糖增高的原因有鉴别价值。

DETECTION OF GLYCOSYLATED SERUM PROTEIN IN PATIENTS WITH CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASES.

Objective:To explore the correlation between glycosylated serum protein(GSP)and blood glucose in patients with acute cerebrovascular disorders.Methods:GSP and fasting blood glucose(FBG)were detected in 48 patients with acute cerebral disorders and 50 healthy controls respectively.Results:Statistically significant differences were shown between the patient group with DM and normal controls in the detection of GSP(P<0.01).And there was significant difference in GSP between the two patient groups(P<0.01).But there was no significant difference of GSP between the patient group without DM and the healthy group(P>0.05).And there was positive correlation between GSP and FBG in the patient group with DM(r=0.603,P<0.01),but there was no relationship between GSP and FBG in the patient group without DM(r=0.357,P>0.05).Conclusion:There are closer relations between GSP and the level of glucose,and the detection of combining GSP and glucose may play an important role in the diagnosis of the cerebral patients with high level blood glucose.
