| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针对心绞痛并发急性心力衰竭患者,采用静脉注射美托洛尔治疗的临床效果。方法选取2010年12月～2012年12月心绞痛并发急性心力衰竭78例,通过随机数表法将所有患者分成观察组42例与对照组36例。采用不同方法完成治疗,对比两组患者临床效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率（97.62%）高于对照组患者（52.78%）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对心绞痛合并急性心力衰竭患者,采用静脉注射美托洛尔进行治疗,临床治疗效果确切,可供临床参考。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of patients with angina and acute heart failure using intravenous metoprolol treatment .Methods Our hospital 78 cases from December 2010 to December 2012 were divided into two groups：42 cases in the observation group and 36 cases in control group by a random number table method. The clinical results obtained after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total efficacy of patients in observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with acute heart failure and angina patients,the use of metoprolol（intravenous）after had the exact clinical outcomes. |
