住院精神分裂症患者陪护家属健康教育效果分析

摘    要:
目的研究对精神分裂症患者陪护家属实施健康教育的效果。方法将116例精神分裂症住院患者的陪护家属随机分为两组各58名。研究组实施健康教育,对照组未实施;采用抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表对陪护家属在患者入院3d内和陪护1mo末分别进行评定,并随访1a。结果研究组健康教育1mo末抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均有显著下降(P〈0.01);均显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);平均住院时间,1a后复发率、服药依从性及医患纠纷与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。对照组1mo末抑郁自评量表评分显著下降(P〈0.01).焦虑自评量表评分显著增加(P〈0.01)。结论健康教育是一项既可改善患者家属的心理状况,又有助于增加患者的治疗依从性,是促进患者早日康复,预防复发的有效措施之一。

Abstract:
Objective To study effects of the mental health education on the accompanying dependants of schizophrenics in hospital. Methods 116 accompanying dependants of schizophrenics were divided into two groups randomly, study group were conducted health education and control group were not. All subjects were tested with self-rating depression scale(SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) in first 3 day and after 1 month of hospitalization, and followed-up for a year. Results The mean scores of both SDS and SAS were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.01).There were significant difference in the time being hospital, relapse rates after 1 year and compliance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental health education can improve mental health of relatives ,and increased compliance of patients .It is an effective method to prevent relapse.
