思茅地区1992～2001年志贺氏菌菌型分布和药敏试验

目的 了解本地区志贺氏菌菌型分布及对抗菌素的敏感性。方法 按肠道致病菌检验程序和方法进行分离培养、菌群菌型鉴定和药敏试验。结果 菌型分布于4个群、16个血清型(亚型)。B群占88．4％，其中福氏2a占66．3％；D群占6．6％；C群占3．2％；A群仅为1．8％。药敏试验对环丙沙星、庆大霉素、氟哌酸、丁胺卡那霉素、多粘菌素B等敏感；对氨苄青霉素、复方新诺明、新霉素、红霉素耐药。结论 B群福氏志贺氏菌为本地区流行的主要菌群，福氏2a为优势菌型；菌株对抗菌素耐药日趋增多，新的耐药菌株不断出现。

The distribution and drug resistance of Shigella in Simao region from 1992～2001

Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of the shigella in Simao region and provide science basis for clinical treatment. Methods Based on the procedure identification of enterobacteria the bacteria were isolated,identified and sussceptibility test was also carried out. Results Shigella was divided into 4 floras and 16 serotpes.Shigella B occupied 88.4%,among them shigella fiexneri 2a occupied 66.3%.Shigella D occupied 6.6%. Shigella C occupied 3.2% and Shigella A only occupied 1.8%.Susceptibility test discover that shigella is aesonynomenous for ciprofloxacin.Gentamycin sulfate,Norfloxacin,Amikacin sulfate,Polymyxin B sulfate.Shigella is drugfast for Erythromycin,Ampicillin,Neomycin sulfate and SMZ. Conclusion Shigella B is the main of flora in Simao region and shigella flexneri 2a is dominante.Drug resistance of shigella is increasing and new resistaot strains have been discovered.
