工作场所空气中二氯甲烷的热解吸气相色谱测定方法

摘    要:目的 建立工作场所空气中二氯甲烷热解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法 按照《车间空气监测检验方法研究规范》的要求进行实验室实验及现场实验。结果 100 mg活性炭对二氯甲烷的穿透容量大于10.9 mg,当二氯甲烷的浓度为72.7~168.7 mg/m~3时,采样效率均达99.41%~100%;样品在碳管中至少可保存8 d,方法的重现性好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为1.3%~2.1%;平均解吸效率为89.7%~91.9%;方法的最低检测浓度为0.032 mg/m~3;空气中与二氯甲烷共存的苯、甲苯、正己烷、二氯乙烷等在本方法条件下不干扰测定。结论 此方法各项指标均达到《车间空气监测检验方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中二氯甲烷的现场监测。

Abstract:[Objective] To establish thermal desorption gas chromatographic method to determine dichloromethane in workplaces. [Methods] Experiments were carried out on the basis of "Standardization of Toxicant Substances Determination Methods" . [Results] Breakthrough capacity on dichloromethane > 10.9 mg/100 mg absorbent charcoal. The absorption efficiencies were 99.41 - 100% when the dichloromethane concentration were 72.9 - 168.7 mg/m3. Relative deviation rate was 1.3%-2.1% . Desorption efficiency was 89.7% -91.9% . Detection limit was 0.032 mg/m3. [Conclusion] This method meets the requirements in "Standardization of Toxicant Substances Determination Methods" , and is feasible for the determination of dichloromethane in workplaces.
