1例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关难治性高血压患者降压治疗的药学服务

目的 探讨临床药师在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome，OSAHS)相关难治性高血压个体化、全程化的药物治疗中的作用。方法 临床药师全程参与1例OSAHS相关难治性高血压患者的药物治疗，关注降压疗效及不良反应，并对治疗过程中的药物优化调整给出专业的药学建议，提供用药指导。结果 通过对患者治疗方案的优化，患者血压、心率控制良好，避免了严重不良反应的发生，提高了医师与患者对临床药师的信任程度。结论 临床药师深入临床，对OSAHS相关难治性高血压患者实施药学监护，提高了患者血压的达标率、用药安全性和依从性，促进了临床合理用药。

Pharmaceutical Care for Antihypertensive Therapy in a Case of Refractory Hypertension Associated with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in individualized and whole-process drug therapy of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) related refractory hypertension. METHODS Clinical pharmacists participated in the drug treatment of a patient with OSAHS-related refractory hypertension, paying attention to the antihypertensive efficacy and adverse reactions, provided professional pharmaceutical advice on drug optimization and adjustment in the treatment process, and provided medication guidance.RESULTS The patient''s blood pressure and heart rate were well controlled through the optimization of the treatment plan, which avoided the occurrence of serious adverse reactions and improved the trust of doctors and patients to clinical pharmacists.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists'' in-depth clinical care of patients with refractory hypertension related to OSAHS can improve the compliance rate of patients'' blood pressure, medication safety and compliance, improve the compliance rate of blood pressure, and promote rational clinical medication.
