Clinical observation on 595 nm pulsed dye laser alone or combined with exfoliative laser in the treatment of verruca vulgaris

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of 595 nm pulsed dye laser alone or combined with exfoliative laser in the treatment of verruca vulgaris.Methods Ten patients with 21 verruca vulgaris in laser aesthetic center from September 2016 to September2018 were collected.The 595 nm pulsed dye laser alone or combined with exfoliative laser was performed for 1 to 3 times.The area changes of verruca vulgaris at 2 to 4 weeks after treatment were recorded,and the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were evaluated.The recurrence of verruca vulgaris was evaluated after follow-up for 1 year.Results After treatment for 1 to 3 times,no adverse reactions such as blister reaction and scar occurred.There was no interference to daily life.No recurrence was found during the follow-up period of 1 year.Conclusion The pulsed dye laser alone or combined with exfoliative laser(CO₂ laser or Er:YAG laser)has the advantages of high cure rate,low recurrence rate,less adverse reactions in the treatment of verruca vulgaris.
