西妥昔单抗联合同步放化疗治疗局部头颈部鳞癌的疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响

目的:研究西妥昔单抗联合同步放化疗治疗局部头颈部鳞癌的疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取珠海市第二中医院收治的局部头颈部鳞癌患者100例作为研究对象,按治疗方案分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组行西妥昔单抗联合同步放化疗,对照组行单一同步放化疗,分析比较2组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高,治疗后PSQI评分以及不良反应发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:西妥昔单抗联合同步放化疗有助于提高局部头颈部鳞癌近期疗效,值得临床应用。

Effect of Cetuximab Combined with Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy on Local Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Its Influence on Sleep Quality of Patients

Objective:To study the effect of cetuximab combined with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of local head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and its effect on patients′sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 cases of local head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients admitted to our hospital were divided into groups according to treatment plan.The observation group received cetuximab combined with concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy,and the control group received single concurrent chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the PSQI score and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cetuximab combined with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve the short-term curative effect of local head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,and is worthy of clinical application.
