ICU重症患者实施综合护理干预对患者心理状态、睡眠质量、满意度等效果分析

目的:探究ICU重症患者护理中实施综合护理干预的作用及对患者不良心理状态、睡眠质量、满意度的改善效果。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年3月山东平原县第一人民医院ICU收治的重症患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,比较护理效果。结果:观察组护理后HAMA评分、睡眠治疗评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICU重症患者实施综合护理干预,可有效消除患者负性情绪,改善其睡眠质量,护理效果显著,且患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of the Effects on the Comprehensive Nursing Interventions on Patients with Critical Illness in ICU on Mental State,Sleep Quality,Satisfaction

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of critically ill patients in ICU and the improvement effect on patients′poor mental state,sleep quality and satisfaction.Methods:ICU severely ill patients as the object,the study time is from March 2019 to March 2020.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the nursing effect.Results:The HAMA score and sleep treatment score after nursing in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention for critically ill patients in ICU can effectively eliminate negative emotions and improve sleep quality.The patients are satisfied with the evaluation.The nursing effect is significant and can be widely used in clinical practice.
