| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the sleep quality of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and analyse the related factors.Methods:Eighty patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled.Univariate analysis and multivariate regression analysis were performed to screen the influence factors of sleep quality.Results:It was found that 47(58.75%)of the 80 patients had poor sleep quality.Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis showed that pruritus degree and psychological status were main influence factors of sleep quality in psoriasis vulgaris patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Poor sleep quality is related to severe pruritus and depression in psoriasis vulgaris patients.Close attention should be paid to these factors to improve the patients′sleep quality. |
