中药热熨敷对化疗导致的癌因性疲乏加重患者的睡眠影响分析

目的:分析中药热熨敷对化疗导致的癌因性疲乏加重患者的睡眠影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2020年6月苏州大学附属第二医院收治的乳腺癌化疗伴有癌因性疲乏加重症状患者82例作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组与观察组,每组41例,分别接受常规干预、中药热熨敷干预。评价及比较2组的Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)评分、心理状态、睡眠质量。结果:观察组的RPFS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);比较于对照组,观察组的睡眠质量指数明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:对化疗导致的癌因性疲乏加重患者应用中药热熨敷技术治疗,可改善患者心理状态与睡眠质量。

Effect of Hot Compress of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Sleep of Patients with Cancer-related Fatigue Aggravated by Chemotherapy

Objective:To analyze the effect of hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine on sleep of patients with cancer-related fatigue aggravating caused by chemotherapy.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,82 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy with aggravated symptoms of cancer-related fatigue were randomly divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group.to evaluate and compare the Piper fatigue revision scale(RPFS)scores,mental state,and sleep quality in the 2 groups.Results:The RPFS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the depression and anxiety scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the sleep quality index of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress technology in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue aggravation caused by chemotherapy,can improve the psychological state and sleep quality of patients.
