The Effect of Sleep Nursing Intervention on Improving Sleep Reversal and Promoting Rehabilitation in Stroke Patients

Objective:To analyze the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients with sleep reversal after sleep nursing intervention.Methods:A total of 72 cases between January 2019 and January 2020 in quanzhou city east of the first hospital of fujian province on campus N20 area of consolidated sleep upside down stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group 36 cases,control group routine nursing,the observation group implement sleep nursing intervention,and the two groups total effective rate of sleep,motor function and daily life activity score were compared.Results:Compared with 66.67%of the control group,91.67%of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of motor function and daily life activity in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of sleep nursing intervention in stroke patients with sleep reversal is significant,which can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
