| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中抑癌基因p130的表达水平。方法运用免疫组织化学技术检测鼻咽癌组织中p130基因的表达。结果鼻咽癌组26例标本中p130表达阳性率为46．2％，鼻咽慢性炎症组22例标本中p130表达阳性率为81．8％，两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。结论p130基因表达量的减少与鼻咽癌有着密切的联系，p130基因在鼻咽癌的发生发展中具有重要的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of the antioncogene p130 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues. Methods The expression of the p130 gene was detected in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression positive rate ( 46.2 % ) of the p130 gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group was obviously lower than that ( 81.8 % ) in the control group of chronic nasopharyngitis (P< 0.05 ). Conclusion The decrease of the expression of the p130 gene is closely correlated with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the p130 gene may play an important role in the generation and progression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. |
