| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性脑梗死患者血小板计数(PLT)、体积(MPV)、压积(PCT)及分布宽度(PDW)的变化。方法对57例外伤性脑梗死患者和98例未发生脑梗死的颅脑外伤患者的PLT、MPV、PDW、PCT进行比较。结果外伤性脑梗死患者的MPV、PCT明显高于对照组,而PLT数量明显低于对照组,均有显著性差异。结论血小板在外伤性脑梗死的形成中起了重要作用,检测PLT、MPV、PDW、PCT对于外伤性脑梗死的防治和病情的发展有一定的临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the change of platelet count(PLT)?mean platelet volume(MPV)?platelet hematocrit(PCT)?platelet distribution width(PDW)in patients with traumatic cerebral infarction.Methods The paraments of blood platelet(PLT?MPV?PCT?PDW)were detected in 57 patients with traumatic cerebral infarction and compared with control group(98 patients with head injury but no cerebral infarction).Results MPV and PCT in traumatic cerebral infarction are higher than that in control group,while PLT was lower in control group.Conclusion Platelet is an essential role in thrombus formation.It is important in clinical to study PLT?MPV?PDW?PCT for prevention and controling of traumatic cerebral infarction. |
