山莨菪碱联合脾可欣颗粒治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果观察

目的]探讨在常规治疗基础上,用山莨菪碱足三里穴位注射联合脾可欣颗粒口服治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的治疗效果。方法]选轮状病毒性肠炎患儿720例,随机分为对照A组、B组、C组与观察组(D组),A组(165例)给予常规治疗,B组(170例)在常规治疗的基础上给予口服脾可欣颗粒口服,C组(169例)在常规治疗的基础上给予山莨菪碱足三里穴位注射,D组(216例)在常规治疗的基础上给予山莨菪碱足三里穴位注射联合脾可欣颗粒口服。结果]治疗3d后总有效率D组与A组、B组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),与C组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。D组与A组、B组、C组病程及轮状病毒转阴率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论]山莨菪碱足三里穴位注射联合脾可欣颗粒口服治疗轮状病毒性肠炎疗效确切,安全方便。

Observation on curative effect of rotavirus enteritis infants treated with anisodamine combined with Pikexin

Objective: To probe into the curative effect of rotavirus enteritis infants treated with Zusanli injectio ad acumen combined with orally taking of Pikexin based on routine treatment. Methods: A total of 720 infants with rotavirus enteritis were selected and divided into control groups (group A, B and C) and test group (group D). Infants of group A (165 cases) were just given routine treatment. Infants of group B (170 cases) were taken Pikexin orally based on the routine treatment. Infants of group C (169 cases) were given anisodamine injectio ad acumen in Zusanli besides the routine treatment. For infants of group D (216 cases), anisodamine injectio ad acumen in Zusanli combined with orally taking of Pikexin was provided based on the routine treatment. Results: In terms of course of disease, curative effect after 3 days' treatment, and rotavirus negative changing ratio, there were statistical significance between test group infants (group D) and infants of control groups (group A, B, and C) (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of anisodamine injectio ad acumen in Zusanli combined with orally taking of Pikexin to treat infants with rotavirus enteritis is exact, safe and convenient.
