奥曲肽治疗上消化道大出血效果评价

目的 评价奥曲肽治疗上消化道大出血的临床效果。方法 使用奥曲肽治疗上消化道大出血139例，与垂体后叶素治疗合管胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血(EGVB)46例和洛赛克治疗胃十二指肠溃疡出血41例的疗效进行对比。结果 奥曲肽治疗上消化道大出血总有效率为89.21％，其中治疗食管胃底静脉曲张性大出血有效率为81．82％，明显高于垂体后叶素组(60．87％，P＜0．05)；治疗胃十二指肠道溃疡引起的大出血有效率为91．03％，与洛赛克组(96．10％)比较差异无显著意义(P＞0．05)；治疗其他原因引起的出血有效率为10．00％。结论 奥曲肽对各种原因引起的上消化道大出血均有较好疗效，可作为治疗上消化道大出血的首选药物。

Evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect of octreotide on upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To evlauate the clinical effect of octreotide on treating massive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and thirty-nine cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were treated with octreotide and compared the curative effect with posterior pituitary on esophagogastric varicose bleeding(EGVB) and losec on peptic ulcer hematorrhea.Results The effective rate of octreotide on upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage was 89.21%.In treating EGVB,the effective rate of octreotide(81.82%) was higher than that of posterior pituitary(60.87%).In terating peptic ulcer hemorrhage,the effective rates of octreotide(91.03%) and losec(96.10%) were similar.Conclusion Octreotide was one of the best drugs for treating massive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by various factors and should be first selected.
