| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Notch1信号与CK5、CK8在乳腺癌干细胞分化中的作用.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测Notch1、CK5、CK8在96例乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达.结果 Notch1在浸润性导管癌75%(72/96)表达; CK5在浸润性导管癌中17.7%(17/96)呈现阳性;CK8在浸润性导管癌中92.7%(89/96)表达.5例CK5 /CK8-表型病例中,有1例Notch1阳性;12例CK5 /CK8 表型病例中,4例伴Notch1阳性;77例CK5-/CK8 表型病例中,有67例伴Notch1的表达,并且Notch1与浸润性导管癌的这种免疫表型的分化模式呈相关关系(P=0.000).结论 Notch1信号在乳腺上皮干细胞恶性转化中表达上调,Notch1基因可能是一种癌基因,对乳腺癌干细胞的分化起调节作用. |

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the role of Notch1 signal in the differentiaton of mammary cancer stem cells. Methods 96 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma were collected in this study, in which the expression of Notch1, CK5 and CK8 was detected by SP immunohistchemical technique. Results The positive rate of Notch1 was 75% (72/96) in invasive ductal carcinomas. The expression of CK5 was lower in invasive carcinoma and 17 cases (17.7%) were positive.
