青蒿素及其衍生物的研究进展

摘    要:青蒿素类化合物是含过氧桥的化合物,在治疗多药抗药性恶性疟疾方面卓有成效。除此之外,该类化合物还具有抗肿瘤、抗真菌、抗心律失常、抗寄生虫等活性。本文就近年来国内外学者对青蒿素及其衍生物的结构改造及生物活性等方面的研究进行概述。

Abstract:The artemisinin and its derivatives as new antimalarial drugs have been used successfully in the treatment of multidrug-resistant Plasmodium falciparum strains. At the same time, these compounds also having anti-tumor, anti-fugal, anti-arrhythmic, anti-parasitic and other activities, have aroused widespread concern. With wide use of artemisinin and its derivatives in clinic as antimalarial drugs, the drug resistance has emerged, which bring new challenge for malarial treatment. The scholars all over the world carry out a lot of research on artemisinin derivatives with better activities in vitro in order to find safer, more efficient and economical antimalarial drugs. In addition, other application of artemisinin and its derivatives has also made considerable progress with the deep research on artemisinin. Because molecular biology, drug activity screening method, pharmacy information and other related scientific disciplines being developed and applied, and new synthetic methods being applied and improved, it is believed that a new generation of artemisinin-based drugs has wider application. In this paper, the structural modification of artemisinin derivatives and their activity are reviewed.
