摘    要:
目的    探讨可吸收性胶原生物膜应用于齿槽裂植骨修复的临床效果。方法    选择2006—2009年在广东省口腔医院口腔颌面外科就诊的单侧齿槽裂患者108例,年龄9 ~ 13岁,随机分为2组。对照组60例单纯应用髂骨松质骨行植骨修复,试验组48例应用髂骨松质骨加可吸收胶原生物膜覆盖行植骨修复。术后1周及3、6、12个月行X线检查。结果    试验组植骨成活率和临床成功率(97.9%、79.2%)高于对照组(86.7%、58.3%),差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论    自体髂骨加可吸收胶原生物膜联合应用于齿槽裂植骨修复中,可有效提高植骨成功率,为后续治疗提供更好保障,值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of absorbable collagen bio-membrane in the bone graft repair of alveolar cleft. Methods Totally 108 patients aged 9-13 years with alveolar cleft who were treated in Guangdong Provin cal Stomatological Hospital between 2006 to 2009 were included,and they were divided into control group(n = 60)using cancellous tissue of iliac bone and experimental group(n = 48)using cancellous tissue of iliac bone combined with ab sorbable collagen bio-membrane. Patients were followed up postoperatively,radiographs taken in 1 week,3,6,12 months and their treatment effect evaluated. Results The overall survival rate and the clinical success rate of the bone graft in experimental group were 97.9% and 79.2%,which were higher than those in control group(86.7 % and 58.3%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of cancellous tissue of iliac bone combined with absorbable collagen bio-membrane is a better method in the bone graft repair of alveolar cleft.
