黑木耳多糖对高强度微波辐射大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶和肝脏脂质过氧化的影响

摘    要:
目的 研究木耳多糖对高强度微波辐射大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和肝脏自氧化作用的影响.方法 60只清洁级Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,即:正常对照组、辐射模型组、药物对照组、治疗组、预防组、新模型组,每组10只.正常对照组、辐射模型组、新模型组每天给予1.5 ml的蒸馏水灌胃;药物对照组、治疗组、预防组每天灌胃1.5 ml浓度为1%的木耳多糖溶液.按体质量进行乌拉坦麻醉,腹主动脉取血和肝脏.血清中SOD活性和肝脏中的MDA含量分别采用邻苯三酚自氧化和TBA法测定.结果 木耳多糖提高动物血清中SOD活性(P<0.05)而且表现为时间越长活性越高(P<0.01);200 mW/ cm~2的高功率微波辐射明显降低了血清中SOD活性(P<0.05),呈现出距离辐射时间越短,SOD活性越低的现象(P<0.01);通过给予木耳多糖发现其预防功能要优于治疗(P<0.05).同样,木耳多糖能够降低肝脏内MDA的的含量(P<0.01).200 mW/ cm~2高功率辐射显示出辐射初期对MDA含量的明显提高(P<0.01).结论 高功率微波辐射可以明显降低血清中的SOD活性,升高肝脏中的MDA含量.木耳多糖对高功率微波辐射具有良好的防护作用,尤其是在微波辐射中,作为防护微波辐射的保健品和药物具有良好的前景.

The Effects of Polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular on SOD in Serum and Lipid Peroxidation in Liver Homogenate of Rat by High Power Microwave Radiation

Abstract:
Objective To examine the effects of polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular on SOD in serum and lipid peroxidation in liver homogenate of rat in vitro by high power microwave radiation (200 mW/cm~2).Methods 60 female Wistar rats were divided randomly into 6 groups: normal control group, irradiation model group, drug control group, treatment group, prevention group, new model group. Some of the rats were exposed to continuous microwave radiation at power density of 200 mW/cm~2 for 10 minutes. Some rats were fed with polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular orally for 10 days at the dose of 150 mg/kg/day (about equal to 10 times of human), once a day. The rats were anesthetized by urethane, then drawn blood from abdominal aorta and liver 11 days after drug withdrawal. The activiy SOD in serum and the content MDA in liver homogenate were measured by pyrograllol autoxidative and thiobarabituric acid (TBA)colorimetric method. Results Polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular could significantly increase the activities of SOD in serum (P<0.05) and the longer the time was, the more the contents were(P<0.01). SOD in serum were decreased remarkably by high power microwave radiation (200 mW/cm~2)(<0.05). Polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular could also obviously inhibit lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate in vitro. MDA in liver could be increased by high power microwave radiation (200mW/cm~2).Conclusion Polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular possess the effect of improving the activity of SOD in serum and anti-lipid peroxidation of liver, which shows the protection of high power microwave radiation (200mW/cm~2).
