保持最佳得气和小剂量芬太尼氟哌啶在针麻疝手术中的应用(30例临床分析)

MAINTENANCE OF BEST NEEDLE SENSA TION AND SMALL DOSE OF FENTANYL AND DROPERIDOL APPLIED IN HERNIOTOMY(CLINICAL ANALYSIS oF 30 CASES)

In 30 cases or herniotomy under acupunclure anethesia,a seties of methods was applied,such as acupoint selection and needle manipulation which based on differentiation of symptoms and sigms of TCM,maintenanice of bebt needle sensation and small dose of fentanyl(<3μg/kg),droperidol(<0.1mg/kg)which were obviously synergistic with acupuncture.Because of the adjuvants and improvement of the operative technique,the rate of success reachen 93.3％,the rate of excellent results(Grade I)came to 66.6％,and the rate of good restilts(Grade II)26.7％.The fluctuation of blood pressure was lower than that of the centrol group.Especially the approach or acupuncture anesthesia was supcrior in the cases of senile patients with hypertension.
