| 摘 要： | 目的：急性胰腺炎中超声对其诊断的准确性及其意义。方法：回顾法分析临床确诊急性胰腺炎病例中超声诊断价值，并与CT进行对照。结果：115例急性胰腺炎，超声诊断符合率89％，CT检出率95％。其中急性水肿型胰腺炎98例，急性坏死性胰腺炎17例。结论：超声与CT对比仍可作为急性胰腺炎的首诊手段，且在某些方面还有其优势。

| Abstract: | Objective： Diagnostic veracity and significance of acute pancreatitis in ultrasound. Methods： The diagnostic value of analyzing the clinical diagnosis of acute pancreatitis cases, and compared with CT. Results： 115 cases of acute pancreatitis, coincidence rote of ultrasonic diagnosis was 89%, relevance ratio of CT was 95%, thereinto, 98 cases with acute edematous pancreatitis, acute necrotizing pancreatitis in 17 cases. Conclusion： Compared with CT, ultrasound can still be as the first means of consultation for acute pancreatitis, and in some respects it has more advantages. |
