| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺配合退热口服液治疗外感发热病的临床疗效。方法将225例患者随机分为两组，治疗组120例，采用针刺配合退热口服液治疗，对照组105例采用口服维C银翘片、大青叶片：儿童可口服板蓝根冲剂，必要时可静脉点滴治疗。两组均治疗5d后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97．5％，对照组为77．1％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刺配合退热口服液治疗外感发热有较好的疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus antipyretic oral liquid in treating exopathic fever. Method Two hundred and twenty-five patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 120 cases received acupuncture plus antipyretic oral liquid.
