| 摘 要： | 中医认为湿热为痛风性关节炎发病的前提条件,湿热痹阻关节是本病的病机。伏痰是本病的主要病理基础,饮食、外邪、瘀血、体虚均可触动伏痰,痰动闭阻经络关节是急性痛风性关节炎的病机,分期论治是主要治则。急性期以祛邪为主,缓解期健脾、益肾、祛湿、化痰,且针药结合治疗疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Damp-heat is the precondition of gout,the damp-heat blockage in joint is the pathogenesis of gout.We think the insidious phlegm is the main pathological basis of gout.The diet,external pathogens,static blood,the body deficiency may touch the phlegm.Phlegm movement-blocking meridian joint is the pathogenesis of acute arthritis.Staging treatment is the main treatment principle of acute gouty arthritis.The acute stage is mainly to dispel evil,the remission stage is invigorating spleen,tonifying the kidney,dispelling dampness,eliminating phlegm,and the curative eff ect of acupuncture and medicine on gout is definite. |
