摘    要:目的探讨医院实施岗位设置管理工作的做法,确保医院岗位设置管理工作顺利实施。方法按照上级人事部门核准的事业单位岗位设置审核方案,结合自身实际,制定切实可行的医院岗位设置管理实施方案。结果医院岗位设置管理工作顺利实施,效果显著。结论要确保医院岗位设置管理工作顺利实施,领导重视是关键,全员参与是保障,公平公开是前提,按需设置是基础,激励约束是目的。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the position and setting in hospitals to ensure that the position management and setting in hospitals should implement smoothly.Methods Setting positions in accordance with the approved audit program institution.Combined with the actual hospital itself,the hospital posts are set up to develop practical management implementation.Results Hospital management of post setting implements smoothly and the results are obvious.Conclusion To ensure that the hospital management of post setting implements smoothly and leadership attention is the key.Full participation is the guarantee,fairness and open are the premise,on-demand set is based on incentive,and constraint is the goal.
