| 摘 要： | 目的:研究hTcf-4mRNA在结直肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织的表达,探讨其在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法:用荧光定量PCR检测31例结直肠癌标本及相应的癌旁正常组织hTcf-4mRNA的表达。结果:31例癌组织hTcf-4mRNA表达高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);Dukes不同分期结直肠癌hTcf-4mRNA表达随着浸润深度的加深其表达有增高趋势(P<0.05)。结论:hTcf-4mRNA在结直肠癌组织中表达增高,并与结直肠癌侵袭转移有关,可作为判定结直肠癌转移及预后的参考指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of hTcf-4 mRNA in human colorectal cancer tissues and to explore the relationship between hTcf-4 gene and occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.Methods:Quantitative real time RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of hTcf-4 mRNA in 31 colorectal cancers.Results:The expression mRNA of hTcf-4 in colorectal cancer tissues were significantly higher in comparison to those from corresponding normal tissues.Moreover,the abnormal expression of hTcf-4 mRNA were significantly correlated with Dukes.Conclusion:The higher expression level of hTcf-4 mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues suggested that the over-expression of hTcf-4 gene may be related to the development and invasion of colorectal cancer. |
