乌体林斯对妊娠晚期隐性梅毒血清固定患者外周血T淋巴细胞的影响

摘    要:
目的研究妊娠晚期隐性梅毒血清学固定患者细胞免疫功能的变化及乌体林斯治疗对其的影响。方法应用流式细胞仪检测妊娠晚期隐性梅毒TRUST血清学固定组(24例)、乌体林斯治疗妊娠晚期隐性梅毒TRUST血清学固定组(24例)及正常对照组外周血淋巴细胞亚群(16例),比较检测结果。结果血清固定对照组外周血T细胞亚群与正常对照组比较,CD^3+细胞比例略低(P〉0.05),CD^4+细胞明显降低(P〈0.05),CD^8+细胞比例略高(P〉0.05),CD^4+/CD^8+比值降低(P〈0.05),B细胞比例略低(P〉0.05),NK细胞则明显降低(P〈0.05)。治疗组外周血T细胞亚群与血清固定对照组比较,CD^3+、CD^8+细胞比例略低(P〉0.05),CD^4+细胞比例明显升高(P〈0.05),B细胞比例略高(P〉0.05),CD^4+/CD^8+比值略高(P〉0.05),NK细胞明显升高(P〈0.05)。结论细胞免疫功能抑制和不平衡可能是妊娠晚期隐性梅毒血清固定的原因,乌体林斯治疗可改善妊娠晚期隐性梅毒血清固定患者的细胞免疫功能抑制和不平衡现象。
