| 摘 要： | 牙周炎是病因复杂的炎症破坏性疾病,其发病与微生物、宿主和环境等多种因素有关.牙周炎的病因及发病机制目前未完全明了.近年来,国内外学者发现人巨细胞病毒与多种类型牙周炎的发生和发展存在一定的相关性.本文就该病毒与牙周炎的相关性及在牙周炎发病中的机制进行综述. |

| Abstract: | Periodontitis are inflammatory and destructive diseases of the complexity etiopathogenisis, their etiologi- cal factors include microorganisms, host and environmental factors and so on. Now the problem of the etiological factor and etiopathogenesis of periodontitis was not solved completely. For the past few years, the domestic and overseas scholars found there were some relationship between human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) and many varieties of periodontitis. The review will introduce the relationship between HCMV and periodontitis, the role of HCMV in periodontitis etiopathogenesis. |
