摘    要:
目的动态监测2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖漂移的细节及波动趋势,为合理的治疗方案提供临床依据。方法采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)对160例T2DM患者进行连续72h的血糖监测。结果CGMS所测的血糖与血浆血糖值及指端血糖值均呈显著正相关(r=0.90,r=0.89,P值均<0.01)。24小时平均血糖值与HbA1c呈显著正相关(r=0.87,P<0.01)。患者1天中血糖较高的时间段为早、中、晚餐后1~2h,尤其是早餐后2h最高。上午6时~11时是血糖高峰最集中(64.5%)的时间段,而在凌晨1时~6时出现血糖低谷值占59.5%,尤其是凌晨3时最低。空腹血糖>7.8mmol/L及餐后血糖>11.1mmol/L所占的时间百分比分别为60(18~100)%和92(38~100)%。结论动态血糖监测能较详细地显示T2DM患者血糖水平波动的特征,对拟定更为合理的治疗方案提供临床依据。

The Use of Continually Glucose Monitoring of 160 Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract:
Objective Continually monitoring blood glucose drifting details and fluctuation trends of T2DM patients provides a clinic basis for reasonable therapy. Methods To adopt a CGMS to monitor blood glucose of 160 T2DM patients in continuous 72 hours. Results Values monitored of blood glucose and blood plasma's blood glucose show a positive correlation with the value of CGMS (r=0.90, r=0.89, P <0.01 ).Average blood glucose value of CGMS in 24 hours shows an positive correlation with HbAIc (r=0.87, P <0.01). A higher blood glucose occurred 2 hours after breakfast, lunch and supper, especially breakfast in CGMS patients 1 d. During 6:00 to 11:00 am, it's a period when peak blood glucose values (64.5%) would occur frequently, and 1:00 to 6:00 am the opposite. The lowest value would occur on 3:00 am. The time taken up by fasting blood-glucose>7.8 mmol/L and postprandial blood glucose >11.1 mmol/L were 60(18-100)% and 92 (38-100)%. Conclusion Continually monitoring the glucose could show glucose fluctuation characters of T2DM patients detailly, which could provide a clinic basis for more reasonable therapy.
