Abstract: | We present the case of an 11-year-old boy who had bilateral implantation of intrastromal corneal ring segments for progressive keratoconus and poor vision. No intraoperative or postoperative complications were seen, and 1 year postoperatively, the patient maintained good spectacle-corrected vision.
