影响蕲蛇酶对缺血性脑血管病临床疗效和预后的因素研究

目的:探求影响蕲蛇酶对缺血性脑血管病疗效和预后的各种因素,以便更好掌握使用该药的适应证。方法:对200例单用蕲蛇酶或蕲蛇酶联用地塞米松治疗缺血性脑血管病患者的住院病历进行回顾性分析,用Logistic回归方法进行统计学处理。结果:用药疗程为影响蕲蛇酶疗效和预后的正性因素(P=0.000);病情严重程度和并发代谢性疾病为负性因素(P=0.000);而年龄、性别以及联用地塞米松则为混杂因素(P>0.10)。结论:单用蕲蛇酶仅适合于非重症患者,且须用足但疗程不能延长;而联用地塞米松治疗无助于提高蕲蛇酶的疗效。

Study on Factors to Influence Therapeutic Effects and Prognosis of Acutase in the Treatment of Ischemic Cerebral Vascular Diseases

OBJECTIVE： To explore the factors which influence therapeutic effects and prognosis of acutase in the treatment of ischemic cerebral vascular diseases, so as to grasp the indications of drugs. METHODS： A retrospective analysis of medical records of 200 inpatients with ischemic cerebral vascular diseases who were treated with acutase alone or acutase combined with dexamethasone was performed by of logistic regression method. RESULTS： It demonstrated that the therapeutic courses of acutase were the positive factor to influence therapeutic effects and prognosis of acutase （P=0.000）, while the serious degree of disease symptoms and metabolic complications from the patients were the negative factors（P=0.000）. Furthermore, sex, age and acutase combined with dexamethasone were confounding factors（P〉0.10）. CONCLUSION： Only patients without severe symptoms can be fit for acutase as a unique drug to treat the ischemic cerebral vascular diseases with sufficient therapeutic courses. It seems no helpful for therapeutic effects of acutase through to use combination therapy of dexamethasone.
