武汉市2010年5252例药品不良反应报告分析

目的:了解武汉市药品不良反应(ADR)上报的基本情况和总体趋势,提高药品不良反应的监测水平,促进临床合理用药。方法:对武汉市2010年14个区上报的5252例ADR报告,结合Excel电子表格和手工筛选方法,进行分类统计和分析。结果:5252例报告中,40～59岁人群ADR发生率最高,占29.47%;静脉滴注给药为引起ADR的主要途径,占77.87%;引起ADR的药物以抗微生物药为主,占65.58%;ADR临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见,占47.18%,其次是全身性损害;新的和严重的ADR有42例,占8.02%。结论:临床应进一步加强ADR的监测、宣传和上报工作,尤其是加强对新的、严重的ADR的监测工作,提高ADR报告质量。

Analysis of 5 252 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports in Wuhan in 2010

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the general information and tendency of adverse drug reactions （ADR） in Wuhan in 2010 in order to enhance the levels of ADR monitoring and improve the rational use of drug in the clinic. METHODS： A total of 5 252 cases of ADR reports collected from 14 administrative areas of Wnhan in 2010 were statistically classified and analyzed by using Excel and manual selection. RESULTS： Among 5 252 ADR reports, the ADR were predominantly in population ranging from 40 to 59 years old （29.47 %）. The main cause of ADR originated from intravenous administration （77.87%）. About 65.58% of the ADR cases were mainly caused by antimicrobial drugs. The lesion of skin and its appendants was the main lesion in ADR cases （47.18%）, followed by the systemic damages. New and serious ADR reports were few, only 42 cases（8.02% ）. CONCLUSIONS： ADR moni- toring, publicizing and reporting should be further improved and enhanced, especially strengthening the new and serious ADR monitoring and improving the quality of ADR reports.
