| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨p16,PCNA和CD4 4V6的表达与乳腺癌的淋巴道转移及与预后的关系。方法 :应用ABC法 ,对 90例乳腺癌及淋巴结转移癌进行免疫组化染色 ,同时对其中 4 3例进行随访 ,随访时间72～ 144个月。结果 :( 1)p16表达强度在有淋巴结转移组明显低于无转移组 (P =0 .0 0 3) ,PCNA的表达则相反 (P =0 .0 2 6) ,CD4 4V6的表达强度及百分比在两组间均无明显差异。 ( 2 )CD4 4V6染色百分比与患者生存时间有关 (P =0 .0 35) ,回归系数为 0 .2 4 6。结论 :淋巴结转移与乳腺癌细胞的增殖能力有关。CD4 4V6表达的百分比可作为判断患者预后的一个指标。

| Abstract: | To study the expression of p16 protein, PCNA and CD44V6 in breast cancer ,and the relationship between them and lymph nodes metastases and prognosis. Methods: ABC immunohistochemistry method was used in 90 cases of primary breast cancer and lymph nodes metastases. Results:Compared with non-metastatic group, the expression of p16 protein was significantly lower in metastatic group(P=0.003); to the contrary, the expression of PCNA was higher in metastatic group(P=0.026). The expression percentage of CD44V6 was related to survival time(P=0.035). Conclusion:Proliferation ability of breast cancer cells correlated to their metastatic ability. Expression percentage of CD44V6 could be looked as one of the prognostic factor of breast cancer. |
