摘    要:目的探讨微创小切口椎板间开窗髓核摘除法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及手术相关问题。方法本组腰椎间盘突出症26例,按突出部位:L3/L42例,L4/L510例,L5/S114例。均采用微创小切口椎板间开窗髓核摘除法进行手术,术后定期随访。结果 26例均获得随访。疗效按M acnab标准评定,优18例,良7例,可1例,优良率96.2%。结论微创小切口椎板间开窗髓核摘除法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有切口小,创伤轻,出血少,恢复快等优点,是一种理想的微创术式。

Abstract:Aim To study the clinical outcome and operational problems of removal of nucleus pulposus by small incision in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods According to prominent position classification,26 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were classified as L3/L4 in 2 cases,L4/L5 in 10 cases,L5/S1 in 14 cases.All the patients were operated by small incision.Results 26 patients were followed up.Evaluation of efficacy was made according to Macnab criteria,excellent in 18 cases,good in 7 cases,fair in 1 case,with a fine rate of 96.2%.Conclusion Removal of nucleus pulposus by small incision in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has the advantages of small incision,light wound,less bleeding,and faster recovery,etc.which is an ideal minimally invasive surgical procedures.
