| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨综合疗法治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据.方法 对32例牙周牙髓联合病变37颗牙的临床资料进行分析,采取牙周、牙髓联合治疗及药物治疗,观察其疗效.结果 经2年观察,有效率为81.1%.结论 采用综合疗法治疗牙周牙髓联合病变,可取得较好的临床疗效. |

| Abstract: | Aim To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of combined periodontic-endodontic lesions,in order to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods 37 teeth of 32 patients with combined periodontic-endodontic lesions were treated with the combination of root canal therapy and periodontal treatment and medicine therapy.Results In 2 years after treatment,the effective rate was 81.1%.Conclusion The synthetic therapy for combined periodontic-endodontic lesions is systemic and effective. |
