| 摘 要： | 目的探讨如何对植物状态的临床诊断进行疾病分类。方法分析植物状态的定义,查阅有关病案,参考美国的编码方法,确定植物状态的正确编码。结果通过查阅该医院2008年-2013年间的33份有关出院病案,统计发现对于植物状态的编码,其错编率高达81.8%。结论植物状态是一种临床表现,其亚目编码是R40.2,归类未特指的昏迷。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate how to make diseases classification for the clinical diagnosis of vegetative state.Method To analyze the definition of vegetative state,look up related medical records,and make the correct coding for vegetable state refer to the classification method of America.Result Through looking up 33 cases of medical records related discharged of the hospital from 2008 to 2013,we found out that the wrong coding rate of vegetative state was as high as 81.8%.Conclusion Vegetative state is a kind of clinical manifestation,the suborder encoding is R40.2,categorized into that not specifically in coma. |
