对1例痛风患者长期应用糖皮质激素的分析与监护

目的:探讨长期应用糖皮质激素的剂量与疗效、不良反应之间的关系,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:对1例长期应用糖皮质激素的痛风患者进行跟踪观察,比较不同剂量引起的疗效与不良反应之间的关系。结果:药物疗效不与剂量成正相关,但不良反应与剂量成正相关性。结论:临床医师应合理应用糖皮质激素,以减少对患者的药源性损害。

Monitoring on Long Term Use of Glucocorticoid： Analysis of One Case

OBJECTIVE：To study the association of the dosage of glucocorticoid （long term use） with its curative efficacy and adverse reactions so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of glucocorticoid.METHODS：We followed one patient with gout in whom there was long-term use of glucocorticoid and analyzed the association of the dosage of glucocorticoid with its curative efficacy and adverse reactions.RESULTS：The efficacy of glucocorticoid was not positively associated with dosage,yet the adverse drug reaction was positively associated with its dosage.CONCLUSION：Glucocorticoid should be used rationally in clinical practice to reduce drug-induced lesion.
