摘    要:本文研究了不同浓度的Zn对培养的乳鼠心肌细胞自发性搏动及心肌细胞动作电位的影响。实验结果表明,加Zn在0.125—2ppm范围内,自发性搏动群落的出现率增高,与对照组比较,P<0.001。但Zn的浓度超过一定范围(4 ppm),自发搏动率则呈降低趋势;8 ppm组明显低于对照组,P<0.01.Zn对心肌细胞动作电位的影响表现为动作电位的发放频率减慢,波幅降低,波宽变窄和最大除极速度减慢。

Abstract:This article has studied the effects of Zn of various Concentrations on the spontaneous contractility and the action potentials of cultured cardiac cells from neonatal mice. The results showed that 0.125-2 ppm Zn promoted spontaneous contractility ,P<0.001,compared with control group. But, inversely , when the concentration of Zn was increased further ( 4 ppm) , there was a tendency to decrease the spontaneous contractility; in the group of 8 ppm Zn, the number of spontaneous heating clusters significantly decreased , p<0.01. Zn slowed down the discharge frequency of action potentials and decreased the amplitude, the duration and the maximum rate of depolarization of action potential.
