风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄的介入治疗

经皮介入治疗是治疗风湿性心脏病、二尖瓣狭窄的重要方法之一。与外科手术相比介治疗费用少、风险低、治疗效果与外科手术相当,临床应用较为广泛。除早期应用于临床的经皮球二尖瓣成形术、经皮双球囊二尖瓣成形术外,近年来临床又开展了经皮机械扩张器二尖瓣分离术经皮机械扩张器二尖瓣分离术的扩张原理与外科开胸二尖瓣狭窄闭式分离术相似,术后心功能善,再狭窄率均优于经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术。

Progress in Research of Interventional Therapy of Rheumatic Mitral Stenosis

Percutaneous interventional therapy is one of the major therapeutic approaches of rheumatic mitral stenosis.In contrast to surgical operation,interventional therapy costs less,with lower risk and good results though.Besides early percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty(PBMV) and percutaneous double-balloon mitral valvuloplasty(PDBMV),percutaneous mechanical mitral commissurotomy(PMMC) becomes available recently.The outcomes of PMMC and CMC are similar,whereas PMMC has less restenosis than CMC.This article summarizes the progress in interventional therapy of rheumatic mitral stenosis.
