空军飞行员个性特征调查分析

目的调查分析空军飞行员个性特征状况，为临床研究及心理咨询和治疗提供支持。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷、艾森克个性问卷对2006—03—2007—08来我中心健康疗养的空军飞行员进行测评。统计处理采用C检验和Speartm。相关分析。结果外向、稳定性是空军飞行员个性的主要特征（65.27％）；空军飞行员16PF因素（除A、I、L）与中国男性军人常模差异有统计学意义（t=-21644～32147，P〈0．01），且16PF因素（除L、Q2）与中国军官常模差异有统计学意义（t=-17．610～22．984，P〈0．05）；空军飞行员16PF的X1、X2、X3、Y1、Y2、Y4次级和应用预测人格因素与EPQ的N、E、P因素显著相关（0．119≤r≤0713，P〈0．01）；空军飞行员年龄、总飞行时间、军衔等级与16PF、EPQ相关因素显著相关（0．105≤r≤0294，P〈0.05）。结论空军飞行员有其自身的个性特征。

Investigation and analysis of personality characteristics of airforce pilots

Objective To investigate personality characteristics of airforce pilots in order to provide support for clinical research andpsychological consult and treatment.Methods 357 airforce pilots who were admitted to our center from Mar.2006 to Aug. 2007. were assessed with the Karterl 16 Persnality Factors questionnaire（16PF）and Eysenck Personality Questiormaire（EPQ）.T-test and Spearman correlation were used statistically.Results Extraversion and stability were the main characteristic of airforce pilots （65.27%）; There were statistical differences between factors of 16PF（except A, I, L）of airforce pilots and the norm of 16PF of Chinese male soldiers （t=-21.644 ~ 32.147, P 〈 0.01）.There was no statistical differences between factors of 16PF （except L, Q2）of airforce pilots and the norm of 16PF of Chinese military officers（t=-17.610 ~ 22.984, P〈 0.05）;Xt, X2, X3, Y1, Y2 and Y4 of 16PF of airforce pilots were strongly associated with N, E and P of EPQ （0.119 ≤ r ≤ 0.713, P 〈 0.01 ）. Age, total flight time, rank of airforce pilots were strongly associated with correlation factors of 16PF and EPQ（0.105 ≤ r ≤ 0.294, P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Airforce pilots have their own personality characteristics.
