吉林市1200例乙肝患者DNA含量检测与免疫学标志物分析

目的探讨乙肝病毒DNA含量与乙肝病毒感染免疫学标志物常见模式之间的关系。方法应用荧光定量PCR法对吉林市1200例乙型肝炎患者及200例健康对照者的血清进行HBVDNA含量检测,并用ELISA法进行乙型肝炎病毒免疫学标志物检测。结果各组之间DNA含量有差异（P〈0.001）。大三阳组患者血清HBVDNA含量阳性检出率明显高于除HBsAg（＋）、HBeAb（＋）、HBcAb-IgM（＋）组以外的其他各组（P〈0.001）。HBeAg阳性和HBVDNA阳性有较高的一致性（P〈0.001）。结论吉林市1200例乙型肝炎患者各模式分组中大三阳组患者血清HBVDNA含量阳性检出率及HBVDNA的平均含量最高,HBeAg检测和DNA定量检测阳性率具有较高一致性。

Detection of DNA content and immunological markers in 1200 hepatitis B patients in Jilin City

Aim To investigate the correlation of HBV DNA level with hepatitis B virus infection and immunological markers in common code. Methods There 1 200 serum samples of hepatitis B virus infectors and 200 healthy controls in JiLin were collected,the HBV DNA level were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR （FQ-PCR）and immunological markers of hepatitis B virus were detected by ELISA. Results There were differences in level of HBV DNA among each group（P0.001）. The detection rate of HBV DNA in the group of HBsAg（＋）,HBeAb（＋）,HBcAb（＋）was obviously higher than other groups except the group of HBsAg（＋）、HBeAb（＋）、HBcAb-IgM（＋）（P0.001）. Conclusion The detection rate of HBV DNA and the average concentration of HBV DNA in HBsAg（＋）,HBeAb（＋）,HBcAb（＋）group is higher than other groups. The detection rate of HBeAg is coincident with the positive rate of HBV DNA.
