深化医改背景下提高公立医院文化建设的探索

随着我国医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,公立医院发展面临新的挑战,因此建立一支立场坚定、具有新时代医疗卫生职业精神、愿意奉献与坚守、对职业有高度认同感的高素质医务工作者队伍就显得尤为重要。通过提高公立医院文化建设的科学化水平可以助推这支队伍的建设,从而提高医院的核心竞争力。本文结合江苏省老年医院近年来在医院文化建设方面的探索与实践,坚持党建引领、制度完善、以人为本、主动创新、全员参与的五项原则,形成了具有鲜明特色和丰富内涵的医院文化体系,树立了省老年病医院品牌,为促进医院高质量发展提供了不竭的动力与保障。

Exploration of Improving the Cultural Construction of Public Hospitals Under the Background of Deepening Medical Reform

With the deepening of China’s medical and health system reform,the development of public hospitals is facing new challenges.Therefore,it is particularly important to build a team of high-quality medical workers with firm stand,professional spirit of medical and health care in the new era,willingness to dedicate and stick to,and a high sense of identity for the profession.By improving the scientific level of cultural construction in public hospitals,the construction of this team can be boosted,so as to improve the core competitiveness of the hospital.This paper combines the exploration and practice in the cultural construction of Jiangsu Province Geriatric Hospital in recent years,adhere to the five principles of party building guidance,system improvement,people-oriented,initiative innovation,all staff participation.Formed a hospital culture system with distinctive characteristics and rich connotation,established the Jiangsu Province Geriatric Hospital’s brand,and provided the inexhaustible power and guarantee for promoting the high quality development of the hospital.
