留学生医学教育教学模式运用探讨

目的该文探讨了教学模式对留学生医学教育教学质量的影响,提供参与为提高留学生医学教育教学质量。方法选取广州医科大学附属第二医院2010-2013级医学本科临床系五年制留学生共60名。随机分成3大组,分别接收不同教学模式教学,包括:LBL教学模式;PBL教学模式;PBL+CBL教学模式。结果考核指标提示,LBL教学模式教学效果欠佳,PBL教学模式及PBL+CBL教学模式教学效果均优于LBL教学模式。结论不同教学模式影响了留学生内科学临床实习教学效果,PBL教学模式,尤其PBL+CBL教学模式明显改善了留学生内科学临床实习教学效果。

Discussion on the Application of Medical Education Teaching Model for Overseas Students

Objective In order to improve the quality of medical education for foreign students, this article explores the impact of teaching mode on the quality of medical education for foreign students. Methods A total of 60 foreign students with a five-year degree from the 2010-2013 medical undergraduate clinical department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected. They are randomly divided into 3 groups and receive different teaching modes,including: LBL teaching mode;PBL teaching mode;PBL + CBL teaching mode. Results The assessment indicators suggested that the teaching effect of the LBL teaching mode was not good, and the teaching effects of the PBL teaching mode and the PBL+CBL teaching mode were better than the LBL teaching mode. Conclusion Different teaching modes have affected the clinical practice teaching of internal medicine for international students. The PBL teaching mode, especially the PBL+CBL teaching mode, has significantly improved the clinical practice teaching of international students.
