实施全面质量控制在生化检验中的应用效果

目的探讨全面质量控制管理在生化检验科工作管理中的应用。方法以2018年1月-2019年1月期间在该院检验科的26名检验人员为研究对象,并采用全自动分析仪对128份生化检验标本进行监测,根据该次管理方式的不同划分为参照组(常规管理)及实验组(全面质量控制管理),各组均分为(13/64)例,统计及比对两组检验人员管理前、后的工作质量评分、各项检验标本不达标率对检验人员工作满意度情况,并作出总结。结果实验组操作技能、业务知识、学科发展、检验效率及检验质量评分情况,均较参照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组健康体检患者标本、门诊患者标本及住院患者标本不达标率均为1份(1.56%),明显低于参照组健康体检患者标本、门诊患者标本及住院患者标本不达标率的7份(10.93%)、9份(14.06%)、7份(10.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组对检验人员工作满意度63(98.44%),显著高于参照组对检验人员工作满意度56(87.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对生化检验科实施全面质量控制管理模式可有效提高检验结果及准确度,可为临床诊断病情及诊治提供有利依据。

Application Effect of Comprehensive Quality Control in Biochemical Inspection

Objective To explore the application of total quality control management in the work management of biochemical inspection department. Methods 26 inspectors from January 2018 to January 2019 in our department’s laboratory were selected as the studp objects, and 128 cases of biochemical inspection specimens were monitored using a full-automatic analyzer. According to the management method, they are divided into a reference group(routine management) and an study group(total quality control management), each group of(13/64) cases. Statistics and comparison were made on the work quality scores before and after the management of the two groups of inspectors, the failure rate of each test specimen and the work satisfaction of the inspectors, and a summary was made. Results The test group’s operating skills, business knowledge,subject development, test efficiency, and test quality scores were significantly different from the reference group(P<0.05);In the test group, the samples of healthy physical examination patients, outpatients and inpatients failed to meet the standard was 1 cases(1.56%), significantly lower than the 7 cases(10.93%), 9 cases(14.06%), and 7 cases(10.93%) of the non-compliance rates of the specimens from the health checkups, outpatients, and inpatients in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The work satisfaction of the test group to the inspectors was 63(98.44%), which was significantly higher than that of the reference group to the test workers’ job satisfaction 56(87.50%), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Implementing a comprehensive quality control management mode for the biochemical laboratory department can effectively improve the test results and accuracy, and can provide a favorable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
