应用风险管理模式在神经内科护理质量中的效果分析

目的探讨与分析风险管理模式在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2018年1月-2019年1月期间神经内科护士28名、患者62例作为观察组(风险管理),同期另选取28名护士、62例患者作为对照组(常规护理),统计两组护士管理后护理质量评分、不良事件发生率及患者对临床护理工作满意度情况,予以评估和总结。结果观察组管理后沟通能力、服务态度、责任心、护理记录书写等护理质量评分分别高于参照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率2例(3.23%),明显低于参照组不良事件发生率10例(16.13%)(P<0.05);观察组临床护理总满意度60例(96.77%),显著高于参照组临床护理满意度50例(80.65%)(P<0.05)。结论实施风险管理模式可有效提高神经内科护理质量,减少不良事件的发生,可作为首选管理办法。

Analysis of the Effect of Applying Risk Management Model on the Quality of Nursing in Neurology

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of risk management model in neurology nursing management. Methods 28 nurses and 62 patients from the Department of Neurology from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected as the observation group(risk management). At the same time, another 28 nurses and 62 patients were selected as the control group(routine nursing), the nursing quality scores, the incidence of adverse events, and the patient’s satisfaction with clinical nursing work were evaluated and summarized. Results The observation group’s nursing ability scores such as communication ability, service attitude, sense of responsibility, and nursing record writing after management were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2 cases(3.23%,)which was lower than the incidence of adverse events 10 cases(16.13%) of the reference group(P<0.05);the clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 60 cases(96.77%), which was higher than the clinical nursing satisfaction of the reference group by 50 cases(80.65%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of risk management model can effectively improve the quality of neurological nursing and reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and can be used as the preferred management method.
