超声弹性成像鉴别诊断乳腺导管内结节的效果

摘    要:目的探究超声弹性成像(ultrasound elastography,UE)应用于乳腺导管结节性质鉴别诊断的价值。方法选取2017年8月-2019年8月期间我院妇科收治的100例乳腺结节患者,所有患者均自愿进行超声弹性成像检查,将手术病理结果作为金标准,根据金标准结果将患者分为恶性组(45例)与良性组(55例),对比两组超声弹性成像检查结果。结果良性组UE分级0~2级的构成比高于恶性组,3~4级的构成比低于恶性组,P<0.05。结论超声弹性成像检查乳腺导管结节性质的应用价值较高,尽管这一技术当前仍然处于观察研究的阶段,尚未得到普及,但是其应用前景广阔,在乳腺病变的检查诊断中具有较高应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic elastography(UE)in the differential diagnosis of breast ductal nodules.Methods A total of 100 breast nodule patients admitted to our department of gynecology from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected.All patients voluntarily underwent ultrasound elastography,and the surgical pathological results were used as the gold standard.According to the gold standard results,the patients were divided into the malignant group(45 cases)and the observation group(55 cases),and the results of ultrasound elastography were compared between the two groups.Results The composition ratio of UE grade 0~2 in the benign group was higher than that in the malignant group,and the composition ratio of grade 3~4 was lower than that in the malignant group,P<0.05.Conclusion Ultrasound elastography has higher application value for examining the properties of breast ductal nodules.Although this technique is still in the stage of observation and research and has not yet been popularized,it has a broad application prospect and has a high application in the examination and diagnosis of breast lesions.
