新型医联体背景下的智慧医疗建设模式与路径研究

摘    要:随着我国社会主义的推进,我国的新型医联得到了有效的发展,为快速推进我国分级诊疗整体体系的建设和医疗卫生体制的深入发展,我国有关部门研究并发展了新型的智慧医疗模式。实现智慧医疗建设模式的整体思路为小城乡可以形成“县(区)—乡(街道)—村(社区)”的医疗模式;在大城市可以形成“省—市—县(区)—乡(街道)—村(社区)”。在现阶段,虽然我国的智慧医疗建设模式还处于起步阶段,但是智慧医疗建设模式的全面实施是大势所趋,该新型的智慧医疗模式能够快速推动我国基层医疗的建设,同时可以整体提高我国的基层医疗水平,值得在全国范围中大力推广使用。

Abstract:With the advancement of China's socialism,China's new medical union has been effectively developed.In order to quickly promote the construction of the overall system of graded diagnosis and treatment and the in-depth development of the medical and health system in China,relevant departments in China have researched and developed new types of smart medical mode,the overall idea of realizing smart medical construction mode is:small cities and rural areas can form a"county(district)-township(street)-village(community)"medical model;in large cities can form"province-city-county(district)-township(street)—village(community)".At this stage,although China's smart medical construction model is still in its infancy,the full implementation of the smart medical construction model is the general trend.This new type of smart medical model can quickly promote the construction of primary medical care in China,and at the same time,it can improve the primary medical care in China as a whole level,worthy of vigorous promotion and use throughout the country.
